Respect others and self-love are significant topics in sex education. Children has to learn how to respect others and love themselves even they are toddlers. This can reduce the chances of being the victims or even assaulters of sexual harassments. Parents do play a crucial part in children’s development stage. They shall share appropriate information with their children proactively, to help building positive self-consciousness and ethical boundaries.

Curated by Kiddie Matters Parent-Child Education Association, and co-organised by Associação Diocesana das Artes Performativas e Culturais de Macau (ADAPEC), the Exhibition wishes to “guide“ kids to learn how to respect others and protect themselves through interactive games, parents-child picture book sharing and seminars. At the same time to dispel the myths of parents about children’s sex educations, and accompany parents to go smoothly in helping their children to learn the topic of “Love and Respect”.
