Introduction to the characteristics and historical use of enamel paints
Discussion of enamel applications in contemporary high-end jewelry design
Comparison of industrial production versus handmade jewelry, explaining why the latter is precious
Showcase of contemporary jewelry designs using diverse materials
B. [Beginner Enamel Craft] Workshop (approx. 1.5 hours)
Learn the basics of enameling and application techniques (plique-à-jour / cloisonné)
Hands-on experience in the enamel-making process, from material selection to color mixing and firing techniques
Guidance for participants to create their own unique hand-painted enamel jewelry piece
